Referrals bar
Frontier employees and non-employees have the advantage to refer consultants or clients they may know. We also welcome referrals for project or position openings at past or current client locations.
Candidate Referral
Frontier Employees and non-employees are rewarded with a minimum incentive of $1000 for each Candidate Referral. The Incentive will be paid in 2 installments. The first installment of $500 will be paid after the referred employee completes working 3 months, and the second installment of $500 will be paid after the referred employee completes working 6 months for Frontier. To refer a Candidate, please complete the Candidate Referral Form.
Program Requirements:
Everyone may submit as many candidates as you wish. We are particularly looking for candidate referrals in all of our specialty areas.

Candidates must be submitted through our Candidate Referral Form.


Candidate must not have already been submitted to our office in the past 12 months.

Candidates cannot refer themselves and be eligible for the reward.

Referrals are good up to one year form the date of their submission.

Remember you win each time and there is no limit to the number of rewards you can earn.
Project/Positions Referrals
Frontier Employees and non-employees are also eligible to refer any project/position openings at the past/current client locations they worked/are working. Frontier Employees and non-employees will be rewarded with an incentive of $1000 per every 6 months as long as the Position they referred is pursued by Frontier. First installment of the incentive $500 will be paid 90 days after the completion of the project/position pursued by Frontier and all other installments will be paid after consecutive completion of the project every 90 days.
